I understand that plans can change, so I strive to be as flexible as possible. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or on the same day, the payment is non-refundable, but you may reschedule for another available date at no extra charge.

I will walk your dog in light rain, however if weather is extreme, we have a few options. I can come to your home and play with your dog indoors to tire them or we can reschedule the walk for the next day that weather permits. I will contact you on the day-of and we can work together to make the best decision.

Yes! If you need regular walks, I can set up a recurring schedule to ensure consistency for your dog. When we meet, please let me know if this is something you're interested in and we can get set up!
