Can we meet before I book your services?
Yes, absolutely and I recommend this for most people/dogs. I offer a complimentary meet and greet before my first visit with your pet(s). This way you and your fur-family can meet me and feel 100% comfortable with me caring for your pets and home.
I have other pets besides dogs too. Will you care for them as well?
Yes, I have experience with most pets and am happy to help with your other animals.
What areas do you serve?
The entire Green Bay and surrounding metro areas such as Ashwaubenon, Allouez, Howard, and Hobart. If you are unsure, please reach out via the "contact me" page and we can discuss!
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that plans can change, so I strive to be as flexible as possible. If you cancel more than 12 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance, the payment is non-refundable, but you may reschedule for another available date at no extra charge.
What if I only need 1 or 2 visits per day while I am gone on vacation?
If you have additional family or friends to help you during your vacation, I am happy to stop over as needed. If you need 1 or 2 visits per day on your vacation, I will do so and the rate will be the standard Potty and Play Break rates ($20/15-min and $30/30-min)
Does it cost more if I have multiple dogs/pets?
Nope. I charge for my time. If you have multiple dogs/pets I'd suggest 30-minute visits but there is no additional charge for multiple dog or pet households.

Yes, I am insured through Pet Care Insurance. Policy number JN1225-PCI116477
